DAYS AFTER leaving the Aam Aadmi Celebration (AAP) and becoming a member of the BJP, Delhi’s former House and Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot mentioned on Wednesday that he agreed to hoist the nationwide flag on Independence Day — within the absence of then Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal — solely after “Madam Kejriwal” gave her permission.
