The Everlasting Lok Adalat (PLA) on Tuesday ordered the attachment of the Punjab City Growth Authority’s (PUDA) constructing in Mohali over its failure to ship a flat within the Purab Premium Condominium challenge in Sector 88.
The complainant, Tarsem Kansal, had moved the PLA in opposition to the Better Mohali Space Growth Authority (GMADA) for delays in delivering the flat.
The order directed the attachment of PUDA Bhawan in Sector 62, together with the autos of the chief administrator and property officer, furnishings, and air conditioners. The court docket famous that GMADA owed Rs 2.31 crore, together with curiosity, to the complainant as of November 11, 2024.
