Aziza “Z” Barnes, a poet and author for the FX drama “Snowfall” and Netflix‘s “Teenage Bounty Hunters” has died. They have been 32.
Their household confirmed by way of a rep that Barnes died of suicide on Dec. 15. No additional particulars have been launched.
“With heavy hearts, we remorse to tell you of the passing of an simple and beloved artist, youngster, sibling, and pal Aziza ‘Z’ Barnes,” learn their household’s assertion. “Z has touched and impressed numerous people each of their group and business and might be deeply missed and endlessly liked by all who have been lucky to have skilled their presence and work. A Los Angeles native, Barnes earned a BFA from New York College and was in pursuit of an MFA finding out a the College of Mississippi. Barnes was additionally an achieved poet as each a Callaloo Fellow and Poet’s Home Fellow.
