A Delhi courtroom on Friday despatched AAP’s Uttam Nagar MLA Naresh Balyan to police custody until December 13 in reference to a case lodged towards him underneath the Maharashtra Management of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).
The MLA, who was already in police custody in reference to an extortion case, was arrested on costs underneath MCOCA on Wednesday. That very same night, he was granted bail within the extortion case by Further Chief Judicial Justice of the Peace Paras Dalal.
